1)Completely new appearance

According to the concept of industrial design and ergonomics, the machine is developed with completely new structure and appearance such as panoramic upper cover.

2)3 control handles for option

Handheld, fixed and mobile control handles with nice hand feeling can be selected for customers. The three handles are manufactured through injection mould and paint baking, thus greatly improving comfort and convenience.

 

3)High speed, high accuracy and high reliable transmission structure

The machine is separately equipped with independent high-subdivision driver and step motor on X and Y, ensuring quicker drive by mainboard chip than similar machines, together with higher accuracy, longer service life and convenient maintenance. Double square linear guide rails made in Taiwan (not cheap motor or rail used by certain domestic manufacturers) can bring low noise, high accuracy and less abrasion. Minimum crisscross-row the machine can engrave is 2mm.

All structure parts are precisely cast by Mg-Al alloy, assuring high-speed, high precision and high reliability.

 

4)Leading and easy-to-use optical path system

The advanced and unique optical path system is novel in design, with all structure parts precisely cast by Mg-Al alloy. Fine thread trimming path can bring small deviation and non-polarization, together with the advantage of high reliability and convenient adjustment.

All PRELAS-C series are equipped with standard laser temperature control device which can effectively prevent laser tube from being damaged due to obstructed water flow or high temperature. And standard follow-up LED lighting can move with laser head, thus greatly improving illuminating brightness, together with low energy consumption.

6)Advanced DSP off-line operation with USB flash

The control system, with the characteristic of high speed, good stability and anti-jamming, is equipped with advanced DSP off-line operation, USB flash, high-definition LCD, control panel with silicone rubber keys to ensure real time adjustment of processing speed and laser power. Stepping host control unit of PCI main line based on PC is also optional.

7)Built-in structure design to save working space

The entirely new built-in water-cooling system and blowing device can improve working efficiency effectively and save space enormously.

8)Powerful matching software

The machine is equipped with Windows operating system and the newest laser control software which is compatible with AutoCAD, CorelDraw, and Photoshop, supporting files such as DWG, PLT, BMP, DXF, and AI. The system can implement advanced color management and layered output, with many engraving paths and parameters supporting direct output from AutoCAD, CorelDraw, etc.
